Delivery Times

Standard Delivery:

  • UK Orders: 5-8 working days
  • EU Orders: 5-9 working days
  • International Orders: 6-10 working days

Customised & Personalised Jewellery:

Our customised pieces are crafted by specialist artisans and may ship from our international workshop. Delivery times: 7-11 working days for personalised items (includes 2-3 days processing time plus 5-8 days shipping).

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.

This allows us to offer exceptional craftsmanship whilst keeping our prices competitive.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order value. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time - check our homepage for current offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • Courier information
  • A link to track your parcel

Customs & Import Duties

UK Orders: No additional customs charges apply.

EU Orders: Orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) where possible, meaning customs duties are included in your order total.

International Orders: You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates
  2. Contact your local courier if tracking shows delivery attempted
  3. Contact us with your order number and we'll investigate

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
