How to Track Your Order
1. Check Your Email
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us at the email address you provided during checkout. This email will include:
- Your order number
- Tracking number
- Courier information
- A direct link to track your parcel
2. View Your Order Status
Click the "View your order" button in your shipping confirmation email to see real-time updates on your delivery status.
3. Track Your Parcel
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Your tracking information will show the journey of your parcel from our international dispatch facility to your door.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UK Orders: 5-8 working days
- EU Orders: 5-9 working days
- International Orders: 6-10 working days
Please note: Customised and personalised jewellery may require additional processing time (2-3 days) before dispatch.
