At Elysium JL, we're committed to your complete satisfaction with every piece of jewellery. We understand that purchasing jewellery online requires trust, and we want you to shop with confidence.
30-Day Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
What Can Be Returned
Standard Jewellery Items:
- Rings, earrings, necklaces, and bracelets in their original, unworn condition
- Items must include original packaging, certificates (if applicable), and all accessories
- No visible signs of wear, scratches, or alterations
What Cannot Be Returned (Final Sale):

Customised or personalised items
- Due to their bespoke nature, all items from our Custom Jewellery, Custom Necklaces, Custom Rings, Custom Bracelets, and Custom Earrings collections are final sale
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items without original packaging and tags
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every piece. If your item arrives:
- Damaged during shipping
- With manufacturing defects
- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or stone type)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@elysiumjl.co.uk within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Include photos of the item (helps us process your request faster)
- Receive return authorisation and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked service
Important: Returns without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Free return shipping is provided for all eligible returns
- We recommend using a tracked, insured shipping method
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item
Refunds
- Refunds issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item is defective/incorrect)
- No restocking fees apply to eligible returns
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or stone type (subject to availability):
- Free exchanges for sizing issues on standard rings within 30 days
- Contact us to arrange an exchange
- Exchanges processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your item
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Do not wear the item
- Contact us immediately (within 7 days) with photos
- We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping
Moissanite & Stone Authenticity
All our moissanite stones come with a guarantee of authenticity. If you have concerns about stone quality or authenticity, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange verification.
Customised & Personalised Orders
Items customised to your specifications (including engraved pieces, personalized names, birthstones, or special orders) are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
We provide detailed product descriptions, images, and sizing guides to help you make informed decisions. Please review carefully before ordering customised items.
